When will my order be shipped?

We aim to ship your order within 24 hours (excluding weekends).

Standard Delivery is sent with royal mail as a signed for service and takes 3-5 working days.

Next day delivery is sent with Royal mail special next day guaranteed by 1pm and is dispatched the same day if you order before 1pm and you will receive the following working day by 1pm. This service only applies for orders place Monday to Thursday excluding bank holidays.

Saturday delivery is sent with Royal mail Saturday guaranteed service. Orders ordered on a Friday before 1pm and choose this service will receive Saturday before 1pm.

International delivery is sent with royal mail on a tracked and signed and time scale is dependent on location and customs. For P.O. Box address deliveries, please contact us before placing your order, as an alternative delivery option will need to be arranged.


How can I return my order?

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returns will only be accepted if they are in an unworn and unused condition with original tags attached and must enclose the completed Returns Form supplied in your original package. If you need a new form, please contact us directly. 

Please do not refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.

Please be aware that return shipping is not covered by us, so we suggest using a trackable and insured service to ensure you are fully covered by your shipping provider.

PLEASE NOTE: cash on delivery orders can only be refunded in the form of store credit. 


Can I exchange my order?

Exchanges will be processed within 7 days of being received back. Please note exchanges are subject to availability of stock. We will contact you via email if your item is not available for an exchange. 

Please note we can only process UAE exchanges. All international exchanges will be processed as a refund.


Can my order be amended?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend an order once placed but you are welcome to return your order within 14 days.


Please do not refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.


My item is faulty or incorrect, what should I do?

If your order is incorrect or faulty please contact us immediately via with your name, order number and item details. 


What happens if my item does not arrive or is lost in the post during delivery?

In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order, we will process an investigation with the courier. Please note it can take up to 2 weeks for this to be investigated and you will need to wait for the outcome. If it is confirmed that the order was delivered we will not be able to offer a refund. However, if the investigation shows the order has been lost, we will of course offer you a re-order (stock dependant) or refund.


Are customs import & duties taxes included in the price for international orders?

No, custom import and duties are not included in your order price. We are not responsible for any customs & import duties, administration or VAT charges upon delivery. The amount can vary depending on your countries import and tax charges. If you refuse to make payment or accept the parcel, any charges applied back to us, will be deducted from your refund.


The item I want is out of stock, what can I do?

We have a 'notify me' system available and we restock items regularly. Please visit the item on the website, click the size you would like and enter your email address where it says 'notify me when back in stock' and you will receive an email as soon as your item is available.


 Pre-order items and deliveries 

If an order placed contains an item that is on pre order, please be advised that your whole order won’t be shipped until the pre ordered item is available. If you have ordered other items with a pre order in the same order, these will be allocated for you but wont be shipped until the pre order is ready to dispatch so they are sent in one parcel. If you require any of the items sooner, please email us directly and we will do our best to accommodate where possible.


Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Paypal and Klarna pay in 30 days. We also accept CASH ON DELIVERY.
