Please be advised that we have a strict 7 day return policy (including bank holidays and weekends). The 7 days starts from the day you receive your item. If you return or exchange items out of this time period, the items will be refused and will be sent back to you.
Returns will only be accepted if they are in the original unworn and unused condition with original tags attached and must enclose the completed Returns Form supplied in your original package. If you need a new form, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
customers are able to arrange their own returns to our warehouse in Al Quoz or alternatively, we can arrange returns collection for a charge of 30AED. Exchanges are charged at 55AED.

PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS MADE USING CASH ON DELIVERY PAYMENT METHOD WILL BE REFUNDED AS STORE CREDIT
Please do not refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
Please be aware that return shipping is not covered by us, so we suggest using a trackable and insured service to ensure you are fully covered by your shipping provider.

We will email you to confirm we have processed your refund. If you do not see this email please check your junk folder.
Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 14 days of being received back. Please note exchanges are subject to availability of stock. We will contact you via email if your item is not available for an exchange.
Please also note you are required to return unwanted orders via post or your own suitable courier paid for by you. Laucala will not accept carriage due or payment on delivery and will not pay return charges – these are at your own cost and it is your responsibility to ensure a tracked and recorded service is used. We are unable to refund any lost, missing, or damaged return parcels.
If you receive an item that is faulty, please notify the customer care team via firstname.lastname@example.org WITHIN 24 HOURS VIA EMAIL with your name, order number and photo of the fault. It is up to our discretion if you are eligible for a refund or store credit. Faulty items returned with the 14 days returns policy without email notification will ONLY be refunded in a form of store credit.
